CADET PROGRAM 0 – ATPL(A) FROZEN
including Advanced UPRT, Multi – Crew Cooperation (MCC) and Flight Instructor (FI) training. CONDITIONAL JOB OFFER!

JetForTrip,s.r.o., holder of AOC (Air Operator Certificate) and ATO (Approved Training Organisation) certificates is opening cadet pilot program. After successful completion of the program students will be offered a conditional job offer as First Officer in private air transportation in our company. Before entering the program, student will be provided with confirmation including our commitment to offer a pilot job in our company. There will not be any additional selection process after completion of the program and you start to work directly as a First Officer.

Structure of the cadet program includes complete pilot training 0 – ATPL(A) Frozen and additional trainings including Advanced UPRT (Upset Prevention & Recovery Training) + MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation course) + FI (Flight Instructor Course).
Duration of the cadet program is 20-24 months.
Theoretical and practical training takes place at the airport Mlada Boleslav (LKMB).

Capacity of the cadet program is limited and the condition for admission to the program is successful completion of the selection process.
‍Students who will be accepted into the program will be provided with confirmation of conditional job offer in JetForTrip, s.r.o. with a guarantee of 500 hrs as the First Officer in private air transportation and 500 hrs as the Flight Instructor. After completion of the flight hours a pilot might be offered an extension of the contract subject to his performance and experience. There is also possibility of career growth in our company either in upgrade into Captain position or as a pilot on different airplane category (business jet) or eventually in gathering higher qualifications as a flight instructor. We always prefer a long-term cooperation with graduates of our cadet program.

Selection process will takes place in May / June 2023 and cadet program starts 5.7.2023.
