Instructor can start learn PPL(A) students, supervise students on solo flight and retrain pilots for new type of aicraft (no type rating).

Min. PPL(A) holder + CPL(A) theory
Min. Medical II
Min. 150 hours of flight time as Pilot In Command (PIC)
